Senior Manager Operations


The Senior Manager Operations  is tasked with overseeing and optimizing the functioning of key departments, including Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Credentialing, Coding and Compliance, and Client Service and Patient Services etc. The position aims to improve cash flow by managing AR, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in credentialing and coding processes, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients. This role requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of the medical billing industry, an understanding of the healthcare regulations of the USA, and proven experience in team building and management.

Location: Faisalabad

Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the operational framework for our medical billing backend processes, encompassing claims processing, data entry, compliance, and auditing, aligning all functions with industry-leading standards.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and direction of a high-caliber team dedicated to driving backend operations. Foster a culture of ongoing development, striving for enhanced productivity and proficiency to surpass performance objectives.
  • Oversee and maintain strong client relations with our US-based clientele, ensuring their expectations are consistently met and promptly addressing any concerns. Regularly communicate updates on their accounts, diligently resolving issues to uphold service excellence.
  • Ensure strict adherence to US healthcare regulations across all operational areas, collaborating closely with the Compliance Manager to rectify any compliance deviations.
  • Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures where necessary. Provide comprehensive operational performance reports to senior management.
  • Implement robust strategies to uphold exceptional standards of precision and quality in billing and data management, focusing on quality assurance measures.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning initiatives of our enterprise, emphasizing scalability and efficiency in the enhancement of our backend operations.”



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in medical billing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, CPT and ICD coding, insurance regulations, and reimbursement methodologies
  • Familiarity with medical billing software and practice management systems (e.g., Care Cloud, ECW, etc.).
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry.
  • A strong grasp of healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission, monitoring payment trends,
  • Proven experience in team building and leadership, preferably within a medical billing environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
