PRO and Security Manager

Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT organization in Pakistan, with 950+ people on board. We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. We are seeking a seasoned and disciplined PRO and Security Manager, preferably a retired Colonel or Major from the Pakistan Army, to oversee public office coordination, security management, protocol duties, and strategic representation for the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, high-level government and law enforcement liaisons, and exceptional administrative discipline to ensure the smooth functioning of external affairs and internal security protocols.

Shift Timing: Afternoon

Location: Lahore

 

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & External Affairs:

  • Represent the organization in interactions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and public sector offices.
  • Facilitate official correspondence, licensing, and regulatory documentation with ministries and public departments.
  • Manage corporate protocol during official visits, inspections, and government relations.
  • Maintain strong liaisons with law enforcement, civil administration, and intelligence units to support business continuity.

Security Management:

  • Design and implement a robust physical security strategy for office premises and operational facilities.
  • Supervise security personnel, ensuring training, discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and emergency preparedness drills.
  • Respond to and investigate security breaches, threats, or incidents; lead crisis response operations.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies for intelligence-sharing and incident management.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Assist in the management of fleet, transport, and protocol services.
  • Supervise administrative staff related to security and reception functions.
  • Develop policies and reports related to security and PR activities.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Retired Colonel/Major from Pakistan Army (mandatory).
  • Proven 5+ years of corporate experience in handling security operations, public protocol, and administrative functions in the corporate or public sector.
  • Strong network in government, civil, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of modern security technology and systems is a plus.
