Branding Executive

Job Summary:

Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT company in Pakistan, with 1000+ people on board. We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. 

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Branding / Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and elevate the brand positioning of our healthcare technology solutions — particularly our EHR (Electronic Health Record) and PMS (Practice Management System) products. The ideal candidate will drive content strategy, manage social platforms, and ensure a consistent, engaging brand voice that enhances visibility, audience engagement, and overall brand equity.

Position: Branding Executive

Shift: Night (07:00 pm-04:00 am)

Location: 5T, 5th Avenue Plaza, Block T Gulberg 2, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, reels, and infographics).

  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all digital channels aligned with organizational values and tone.

  • Monitor engagement metrics, track campaign performance, and prepare monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal design, product, and HR teams to support employer branding, event coverage, and promotional initiatives.

  • Ensure timely responses to followers and community interactions, maintaining reduced response time and improving engagement scores.

  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing digital campaigns to promote EHR and PMS solutions to target audiences.

  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.

  • Manage brand identity assets (logos, templates, taglines) and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital branding.
  • Proven experience in driving measurable growth across social media platforms.

  • Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing, analytics, and online audience behavior.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
