We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist professional to drive ROI-focused B2B digital acquisition strategies for our healthcare service verticals including Medical Billing, EHR, RPM, CCM, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.

You will execute performance-driven paid media strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, owning budget, ROI, and qualified lead generation aligned with long B2B healthcare sales cycles.

This is a revenue-impacting role focused on high-value B2B funnels and not product eCommerce campaigns.

Job Description:

B2B Lead Generation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute healthcare-focused B2B acquisition strategies
  • Generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs
  • Optimize long-funnel nurturing aligned with extended sales cycles
  • Align targeting with healthcare administrators, practice owners & decision-makers

Paid Media Ownership

  • Manage Google Search, LinkedIn Ads (priority), and Meta campaigns
  • Execute advanced keyword and audience targeting strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing (creatives, messaging, landing pages)
  • Scale campaigns without compromising ROI

Budget & ROI Accountability

  • Own monthly ad budgets
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPL, and SQL conversion rates
  • Present performance insights to leadership
  • Forecast scaling opportunities

Funnel Optimization & Analytics

  • Implement GA4, GTM & conversion tracking
  • Analyze full-funnel performance
  • Identify drop-offs and optimize conversion paths
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–4 years of B2B performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience in Healthcare, Health IT, SaaS, or service-based B2B industries
  • Advanced hands-on expertise on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 & GTM
  • Strong understanding of long B2B sales cycles
  • Budget ownership experience
  • Data-driven, ROI-first mindset
