Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based medical billing and RCM organization in Pakistan, with 900+ people on board. We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. We are currently searching for a Branding Exceutive. This person will help us in our Strategy offering and will play a key role in our company. You’ll be instrumental in helping us deliver great work that people want to engage with.

Job Description

  • The continuous development and implementation of the firm’s brand strategy discipline
  • Leading the development of clear and effective brand strategies for clients
  • Will be responsible for creating a corporate and brand identity.
  • Address complete corporate branding cycle.
  • Branding needs to be addressed globally.
  • Create and maintain a company brand book, and ensure that all multimedia channels follow it.
  • Increase brand recognition on major social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Identify opportunities to increase employer branding in collaboration with HR Department.
  • Shape and communicate Medcare MSO’s vision and mission, both internally and externally
  • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Align all relevant departments including Digital Marketing, Business Development, and Software Development for corporate branding of products.
  • In collaboration with the DM department: create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns that focus on the marketing of company products and services.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Supervise advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • With SD department: identify loopholes and research needs, and analyze products to identify opportunities and process improvements e.g., improvements in UI/UX.
  • Align with the Business Development team to identify issues in their processes, and come up with strategies to address those concerns.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” which will aid in sales closing.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Marketing/Branding/PR experience especially in international markets, preferably in the US
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaborator and communicator, with both internal and external teams
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
