Position: Senior Content Writer

Responsibilities:

Content Development & Writing:

  • Create high-quality, well-researched content including blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Translate complex medical billing and RCM concepts into clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content assets.

SEO & Content Optimization:

  • Develop SEO-optimized content using keyword research and best practices.
  • Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing teams to improve rankings, traffic, and engagement.
  • Continuously update and optimize existing content based on performance insights.

Healthcare & RCM Domain Writing:

  • Produce content aligned with medical billing workflows, coding standards (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS).
  • Work closely with SMEs (coders, RCM managers, compliance teams) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry trends.

Content Performance & Analytics:

  • Track content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement metrics.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Coordinate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders for content execution.
  • Support campaign-based content for lead generation, branding, and product marketing (Maximus PMS, AI Coder, HealUS EHR).

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably within healthcare, medical billing, or RCM domain.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and coding standards (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
  • Proven experience in SEO content writing, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
