Medcare MSO is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Executive with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting expertise, a solid understanding of system security, and hands-on experience with FHIR standards and EHR integrations. Position: IT Support Executive
Shift timings: 7:00pm-4:00am
Location: Lahore (on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests
- Responsible for management, control and monitoring and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Responsible for management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Responsible for firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of devices
- Responsible for the setup and configuring of DNS, Active directory, Proxy server, MIKROTIK router, and network devices
- Configuration, UBIQUITI Aps Management via unified controller and LAN Management on CISCO switches.
Skills/Attributes Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field (BCS, BSIT. BS(CS), or, MS degree in IT, CS, OR Information science)
- 4+ years of experience working in IT operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows desktop technologies, (Windows 7, Windows 10) Windows Server OS, and Linux.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, database, and data storage, and VoIP systems
- Experienced using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Good understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration
- Good English language skills (both written and verbal)
- MCSE, Cloud Service Experience should be preferred.
