Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, reels, and infographics).

  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all digital channels aligned with organizational values and tone.

  • Monitor engagement metrics, track campaign performance, and prepare monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

The Assistant Representative – Technical Representative will provide first-level technical support for medical billing and RCM systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and system issues, coordinating with IT and operations teams for problem resolution, and maintaining logs of technical activities. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach

  • Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims

Enter and update patient information, medical records, and billing details in the database.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Identify and correct data entry errors and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Coordinate with team members and other departments for clarification of data.

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth coordination of interviews and timely communication with candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company in career fairs or online campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to technical hiring
  • Experience working software development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Rozee, indeed, etc.), and ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requisitions.
