Business Analyst

This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product leadership, QA, and technical teams to ensure that AI initiatives are clearly defined, properly documented, effectively tracked, and successfully delivered.

The ideal candidate should have strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and process-mapping skills. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced technology environment, translate business needs into structured requirements, support sprint and release activities, and help improve product adoption across business functions.

 

Position: Business Analyst

Shift timings: 2:00 pm – 11:00 am

Location: Lahore (on-site)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements from internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity before development begins.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, SOPs, and functional documentation for AI product initiatives.
  • Act as a coordination point between AI leadership, business teams, QA, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, release coordination, and product progress tracking in collaboration with technical leads.
  • Maintain decision logs, MOMs, action item trackers, requirement traceability, change logs, and stakeholder communication records.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with internal departments, consolidate structured feedback, track defects, and support sign-off readiness.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases, acceptance criteria, and business requirements are properly aligned and traceable.
  • Identify process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, dependencies, risks, and blockers during requirements gathering, UAT, or implementation phases.
  • Support AI adoption and training initiatives by assisting in the preparation of user guides, training material, FAQs, and feedback reports.
  • Maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, audit trails, and structured documentation to support product governance and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a software, technology, SaaS, or healthcare IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and release coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, MOMs, reports, and decision logs.
  • Experience in UAT coordination, requirement traceability, QA collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in process mapping/documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Exposure to Healthcare IT, RCM, medical billing, or clinical workflow systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products, data-driven platforms, automation tools, or analytics dashboards.
  • Experience facilitating UAT sessions or managing cross-functional feedback cycles.
  • Basic understanding of product metrics, dashboards, workflow analytics, or reporting.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, regulated software environments, or healthcare compliance standards.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or related certification will be a plus.
